Nevada caps notary fees at $15 for the first signature per signer and $7.50 for each additional signature of that signer on the same document. Standard fees apply to RON — no additional technology fees may be charged to the signer.

$10,000 Surety Bond Required
Nevada requires a $10,000 surety bond for each commission term. The bond must be filed with the county clerk in the notary's county of residence or principal place of business.
